Abstract

The modern economy imposes increased requirements on the efficiency of the functioning of organizations, therefore, the creation and support of an effectively functioning organization management system is one of the main and most urgent tasks of modern management. One of the methods of managing an organization that allows, under certain conditions, to achieve a high degree of efficiency of its functioning is the process approach. It consists in highlighting the organization of business processes and their internal and external relationships. The basis of optimal management of business processes are economic and mathematical models and instrumental methods of their formalization. The processoriented approach to management consists in the allocation of business process chains in the organization and the management of these processes to achieve maximum efficiency of the organization.
