Abstract

In the article, the authors consider the management methodologies of project teams implementing the SAP ERP information system implementation procedure. As a result of the analysis of existing methodologies, identified advantages and disadvantages, the authors proposed an approach to the selection of team management methodologies in accordance with the stages of system implementation, which will increase the likelihood of success of the SAP ERP information system implementation project.
