Abstract
The article discusses the issues of personnel management
of a fitness center enterprise and their relationship with
production characteristics.
The staff of small businesses requires special attention,
because of their qualifications and motivation to solve production
tasks (and from each employee because of their
small number) a significant part of the profitability of the
enterprise depends.
The paper sets the task of integrating numerical data
of a production nature with unstructured information about
the center's employees.
Bayesian intelligent measurement technologies are used
to structure such information.
Since all experimental information received from respondents
is incomplete and inaccurate, as well as subjective,
to obtain motivational assessments and decisions, the article
suggests using Bayesian intelligent technologies and
means of their implementation in the form of a management
decision support system created on the basis of the
digital platform "Infoanalyst".
