Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present an approach to analyzing
the entrepreneurial ability of business owners, developed within
the philosophical paradigm of modern gnosticism.
Methodology. The proposed methods are based on the concept
of the energyinformation
Axis, which positions every living being.
Each individual is considered as a receivingtransmitting
device with their own amplitudefrequency
characteristics
(AFC). Four cohorts of economic agents are identified, each with
their own profile AFC: Master, Manager, Solver, and Ideologue.
Each business owner falls into one of these cohorts based on
their AFC spectrum, which directly influences the business they
start and its success and longevity. Three factors are measured:
divergence coefficient (DC), concordance coefficient (CC), and
personal entrepreneurial efficiency (PEE).
Results. The main fuzzy classifier for owners of the four cohorts
has been obtained, as well as a series of auxiliary classifiers
characterizing various aspects of the business initiator's personality.
The entrepreneurial ability coefficient (EA) is evaluated
based on collected data using a twolevel
matrix aggregate computing
(MAC) technology.
Conclusion. This study provides the foundation for specific express
diagnostics of an organization using fuzzylogical
methods.
Currently, it only focuses on the business owner, but in the future,
it will extend to the entire company.
