Abstract

This chapter is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical methodological developments at the intersection of managerial management in the field of IT project management. In the context of the everevolving world of information technology and the growing importance of IT projects for organizations, effective management of their implementation has become a critical aspect of business processes. To systematize knowledge, project management methodologies, software development models and products for solving these problems were analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the use of modern tools and technologies to improve management efficiency, such as Agile methodologies, DevOps approaches and process automation tools.
