Abstract
The article examines the relevance of systems of business intelligence
in the field of management in order to improve the quality
and efficiency of business decisions. The authors cover the
stages of the business intelligence process, providing a detailed
analysis of the main tools used in soft business intelligence.
This scientific article analyzes the main problems faced by organizations
in the process of designing and developing business
intelligence systems. Aspects such as data collection and integration,
data quality, management support, defining user requirements,
personnel training, security considerations, and technology
selection are covered in detail.
