Abstract

This study is devoted to the analysis of the impact of intellectual capital on the stock prices of Russian technology companies. Intellectual capital management, including explicit and implicit knowledge, is a strategic factor for increasing the value of organizations and increasing their capitalization. The share price of companies is affected by various factors, such as macroeconomic, political and psychological. Over the past two decades, there has been a significant increase in the contribution of intangible assets to the fundamental and market value of companies. Technological enterprises with a high level of such contribution may have greater competitiveness, which, in turn, may lead to an increase in profits, revenue and other indicators that investors are interested in buying shares. The purpose of the study is to assess this impact, as well as to analyze the components of intellectual capital as factors contributing to its successful use within the technology sector. The research methodology is based on the analysis of data on companies in the field of information technology, statistical analysis performed using the Python programming language, as well as on the optimization of the model in accordance with the results obtained. The application of this research can be used to assess the investment attractiveness of the technology sector and predict the share prices of its companies.
