Abstract
This article discusses issues related to the analysis and evaluation of housing and communal services in Kyrgyzstan. It so happened that the residents are indifferent to their property. There is an irresponsible consumer attitude towards her. State authorities, in turn, have virtually eliminated the functions of oversight and control in this area. Transferred these responsibilities to the condominium. But these organizations are powerless and powerless. There is no one to serve the housing stock now. Homes are declining. Three years later, even the residents of new homes will feel it. In these conditions, it is necessary to attract small businesses on a mutually beneficial basis with a guarantee of profitability of production and return of the invested capital for the repair and reconstruction of common property.
