Abstract

The growing need for economic growth and scientific and technological progress determine the state policy aimed at the development of the scientific sphere. Features of the remuneration of researchers are gaining new significance. At the same time, wages can vary significantly depending on the material incentive system used. The study of the nature of the work of scientists, the characteristics of remuneration and bonuses, allowed us to develop specific proposals on the relationship between the formation of the source of bonus payments and the interest of workers in the final results of their work. The study was conducted using a systematic approach, comparative analysis, generalization and the matrix method. In the course of the analysis of scientific literature, the concept of material labor stimulation was supplemented. The formation of a source of bonus payments from cash received from the results of scientific activities of workers is proposed. A matrix of functional groups has been developed to determine the size of the variable part of the remuneration of scientists. The distribution of the amount of bonus payments within the group is determined based on the coefficient of labor participation of each scientist employed in it.
