Abstract

Subject of research - the process of formation and evaluation of credit relations between the bank and the borrower. The goal is to study, evaluate and identify the main problems that arise in this process. Research method - analysis, synthesis, economic and statistical. The scope of the results is a regional corporation. Conclusions - the process of formation and evaluation of credit relations between the bank and the borrower is problematic. In the face of uncertainty, the process of repaying loans by borrowers is random. The need for a regional corporation in borrowed sources of financing, the receipt of which is hampered by its crisis financial condition, is revealed.
