Abstract

The article discusses current issues of managing financial resources of a commercial bank in foreign countries. Special attention is paid to the historical aspects of this problem. The differences of the Russian banking resources management system from the experience of leading foreign countries are highlighted, the reasons for the low efficiency of banking resources management of Russian credit organizations and the objectives of this system are determined. It is concluded that foreign commercial banks offer customers a diverse range of high-quality services, switching to comprehensive services, which provide banks with a number of additional services to their customers, in addition to cash and credit services. It justifies the need for Russian credit organizations to use the experience of foreign commercial banks in applying customer loyalty programs to establish long-term trusting relationships, as well as the most efficient use of financial resources of commercial banks.
