Abstract

The article discusses the role of labor productivity in the organization. Labor productivity is one of the most important indicators of any organization or company today. The level of labor productivity is the ratio of the volume of manufactured products or work performed and the cost of working time. Measurement of the main indicators of labor productivity will help assess the state of the organization and production processes in the enterprise. The rate of development of industrial production, the growth of wages and incomes, the size of the reduction in the cost of production depends on the level of labor productivity.
