Abstract
The article discusses the essence and basic concepts of outsourcing, including outsourcing in the field of personnel management. An idea is expressed about the feasibility and effectiveness of implementing HR outsourcing in the activities of a modern company and enterprise, the authors analyzed and presented the positive and negative aspects of using outsourcing in the field of personnel management.
