Abstract
There are various approaches to assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of state financial control, almost all of them are related to the assessment of control bodies regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of their activities. Using the above examples, we can conclude that the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation and the Federal Treasury are sufficiently effective and efficient as bodies of state financial control, and even despite this, these bodies are constantly improving their activities to achieve the best return on their activities.
