Abstract
The article considers the effective aspects of R&D, internal control regulations and the role of standardization in the control system. It also describes the nature of the internal control of the effectiveness of R&D and presents some methods for determining preventive control using the example of the Moscow State Autonomous Institution Scientific Research Analytical Center.
