Abstract

The article discusses a set of issues related to vacations of company employees and requiring certain amendments and (or) changes to the RF Labor Code. Particular attention is paid to the Federal Law of 11.10.2018 No. 360-ФЗ. Concrete proposals are given for improving the legislative framework in the field of providing employees with annual labor leave, as well as leave without payment. The necessity of revising the current procedure for the payment of compensation to employees during unused vacation time is justified.
