Abstract

Studies carried out as part of an article devoted to the analysis of a number of theoretical and practical aspects of innovative transformations in the field of personnel management of a higher educational institution. The article discusses the various views and opinions of scientists in personnel management. It is determined that personnel management is a set of mechanisms, principles and methods aimed at the optimal quantitative and qualitative formation of per-sonnel and the maximum use of its capabilities to achieve the goals of the insti-tution. It is proved that the modernized knowledge of scientific and pedagogical workers, their intellectual potential, occupies a particularly important place in the development of the higher education system.
