Abstract

The article discusses issues related to the possibility of challenging the decisions of the Rosreestr Administrations for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation on the suspension of state cadastral registration or decisions on the suspension of state cadastral registration and state registration of rights in relation to real estate objects.
