Abstract
The article considers two key processes of the XNUMXst century — globalization and digitalization. Changes under the influence of these processes have occurred in all spheres of public life, including in the sphere of politics. The Russian Federation, like most other countries, is involved in the globalization process. Based on this, Russia's foreign policy is no longer based on bipolar relations. A successful international policy requires a fruitful analysis and devel-opment of a long-term strategy for embedding a system of international rela-tions, based on the alignment of forces and events on the world stage. The article shows the main manifestations of digitalization and globalization on the example of the implementation and social policy of Russia and its management.
