Abstract
The article presents the elements of control that arise already at the stage of formation of the holding structure. The specific relationships in the agricultural holding arising in the process of continuous corporate control are considered. The services involved in control in the agricultural holding are high-lighted. Provisions have been developed that are methodological tools in an ag-ricultural holding to increase the efficiency of control functions over production and economic activities and personnel responsibility. The necessity of introduc-ing into the agricultural holding a system of continuous monitoring of the oper-ation of agricultural machinery and the state of crops is highlighted.
