Abstract

The article shows how the latest trends in the implementation of Industry 4.0 tools affect the development of production management systems, a shorter product life cycle, a balanced distribution of jobs and the competitive advantage of companies. The study examines the problems faced by domestic and foreign enterprises due to operational and financial constraints. It is re-vealed how Industry 4.0, carrying out digital technological and management transformation, develops modern innovative maintenance management strate-gies. The use of the Internet of Things, logistics, transport to ensure sustainability, disclosing the capabilities of the blockchain in the development of mecha-nisms to stimulate and encourage the use of elements of a circular economy is noted. The impact of the business model, value chains, data protection on In-dustry 4.0 is presented. It summarizes the need to make decisions related to massive data entry, customization of the production process, and the need to maintain assets in enterprises.
