Abstract
The main objective of the study is to assess the effectiveness of the use of a surveillance model in education based on a risk-based approach. It has been proven that a risk-based approach is effective in the field of education, allows you to reduce the administrative burden, take the necessary measures in time, and save resources. The introduction of a model for the implementation of supervisory activities in the field of education based on a risk-based approach creates the organizational basis for the implementation of uniform principles of state control, which bring the efficiency and effectiveness of public administra-tion in line with the new draft legislation in the field of control and supervisory activities.
