Abstract

The control of the parent organization of the agricultural holding of the activities of subsidiaries and affiliates is considered. The control over the collection and analysis of information on the current activities of agricultural holding organizations has been studied in order to make appropriate decisions. The goals and objectives of the formation of the financial structure of agricultural holding organizations are presented to control the targeted use of commodity and material, financial resources of agricultural holding organizations. Indicators for assessing the effectiveness of individual organizations of the agricultural holding have been determined.
