Abstract
Germany has been very active in the European integration pro-cess. Due to the reunification of Germany, the country's role in Europe and the world has changed dramatically, therefore, relations with other countries, in-cluding EU partners, have also changed. Therefore, special attention is currently paid to the influence of Germany on the process of European integration. Today Germany has become the leader of the EU with undeniable economic strength. The German economy accounts for over 30% of the eurozone economy. Ger-many is the main trading partner and major investor in most of the European Union countries.
