Abstract

The article defines the term "culture" implying the exact aspect which is currently considered to be the most important for examination of rela-tion to the economy. It shows which cultural sets and values help people to establish economic relations and how to competently build intercultural commu-nication between two people in international companies when the main interac-tion should be based on cultural knowledge about each other.
