Abstract

The article examines the influence of external and internal factors on innovation activity, the competition that has developed in the global world for the right to promote innovation. The importance of state regulation of inno-vation, the search for new innovative solutions and innovative motivation in pri-vate and public companies is noted. The classification of innovative projects is presented depending on the degree of scientific novelty of developments and the strategy for their implementation in practice. The modern paradigm of inno-vation activity is at the stage of formation, requires careful refinement of the methodology of innovation activity, forecasting capabilities based on artificial intelligence, analysis of the structure and principles of innovation activity, as well as scaling and commercialization of innovations taking into account interdiscipli-nary research, co-evolutionary strategy, cognitive technologies and sustainable approaches to innovation.
