Abstract
The article presents modern technological solutions used in the implementation of investment and construction projects. The necessity of using innovative methods for all project participants has been substantiated, starting from the idea to construction control, during the construction and operation of companies and the effectiveness of using information modeling technologies, innovative design methods, computational tools for assessing the feasibility of implementing projects in the construction industry at all stages of the life cycle of capital objects construction. The complexity of the procedure for approving project documentation, monitoring processes at the construction site against the background of an increase in construction volumes around the world, the use of modern technological solutions in the development and implementation of con-struction projects is indicated. The process of equipment modernization is con-sidered as the most important aspect in the development of technologies and increasing the competitiveness of the construction industry. The article notes that economic efficiency in the construction industry can be achieved by applying the principles of constructiveness, innovative technologies for joint management of logistics based on big data and modern technological solutions in the devel-opment and implementation of projects in the field of construction.
