Abstract

The problems of organizing the control activities of the Federal Treasury are enough to assess the low efficiency of control and supervisory ac-tivities. To improve the control activities of not only the Treasury of Russia, but in general, it is necessary to start with the regulatory framework, since the entire system of state financial control is built on it.
