Abstract
The article includes issues related to the analysis and evaluation of the activities of peasant (agricultural) formations of the Southern region of the Kyrgyz Republic in the new economic conditions, and is also devoted to the problems of sustainable development of the agricultural sector, which is impos-sible without the inflow of investments and ensuring the availability of financial resources for agricultural producers. Currently, innovations are becoming the main means of increasing the profits of economic entities by better meeting market demand and reducing production costs compared to competitors. Mean-while, despite repeated attempts by the state to create a mechanism to support the system of lending to agricultural enterprises, so far only a smaller part of them uses credit resources. Various schemes of state support may to a greater or lesser extent violate the conditions of the competitive environment in financial markets, provide relatively equal access to them for financial institutions and for agricultural enterprises themselves.
