Abstract

The article discusses the details of the process of reforming the financing of educational organizations, while we notice a trend towards the autonomization of the educational sphere as a whole with due strengthening of control over the expenditure of funds by the main managers of budget funds, managers of budget funds, the Federal Treasury, territorial bodies of the federal Treasury.
