Abstract

This article is devoted to the consideration of the problems of improving the management mechanisms of the agricultural sector of the econ-omy, which are changing and improving due to changes in the programs of so-cio-economic and management development of the country, in organizational structures of management at all levels, in production management systems, ser-vice delivery and distribution. Building such a system in our country is still at an early stage, but its creation and effective functioning may, ultimately, signifi-cantly affect the effectiveness of the attempt to transition from a linear to a non-linear model. Moreover, financial institutions, although they are the main link ensuring effective innovation development, are not in themselves capable of providing a reproduction approach to financing innovations. The agricultural sec-tor of Kyrgyzstan is one of the main reproduction sectors of the economy of the republic. It produces 12-14% of national income.
