The place and role of the United States in regional affairs in the Western Hemisphere

Abstract

The article discusses the prospects of cooperation between the United States of America and Latin American countries due to deep strategic, economic and historical ties with the region. Although inter-American relations will continue to be determined by global challenges and opportunities, at present the relations between the countries are of a trusting nature as a result of growing interdependence.
