Abstract

In the context of the development of the information society, the rapid pace of the creation of new technologies and the active introduction of artificial intelligence into everyday life, the question arises whether artificial intelligence will be able to replace a person in the future in certain industries, in particular in legal activities. The article examines the positions «for» and «against» regarding the above thesis, the positive and negative consequences of the introduction of artificial intelligence into the activities of a lawyer and into human life as a whole, and also draws conclusions about the likelihood of introducing such a potentially possible alternative.
