Abstract
The innovative development of the country at the moment is much lower to the world level. The creation and implementation of innovative projects are hindered by many factors. One of them is unsatisfactory financial support. The implementation of innovative projects requires a large amount of financial resources, which can be obtained through bank lending. This article researches bank lending for innovative projects in Russia. The purpose of this article is to identify the main problems of financing scientific projects by Russian banks.
