Abstract

The digital transformation of public services should lead to a radical change in approaches to organizing the work of government bodies using digital technologies and algorithms. However, without a systemic transformation of management processes, without a radical restructuring of the work of the entire state apparatus, it will not be possible to ensure large-scale returns from digitalization.
