Abstract

This article draws attention to the peculiarities of the legal regulation of personal data protection on the Internet. Actual problems in the sphere of legal regulation are revealed, separate directions for improvement of the current legislation in this area are proposed. The author of the article also analyzes the main current legislation that allows protecting personal data when they are used on the Internet.
