Abstract

Human capital comes to the fore in the XNUMXst century among the factors of competitiveness of organizations and enterprises. As advanced digital technologies penetrate the workplace, skills such as critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving are gaining in importance. Leading companies recognize that digital technology is most effective when it complements, rather than replaces, a person. In the era of the digital economy, organizations and enterprises need to provide workers with the necessary information, give them the opportunity to improve their skills, thereby improving not only the potential of their workers, but also their labor productivity, which leads to an increase in the company’s profits.
