Abstract

At the moment, the Russian Federation is seriously engaged in the issue of countering illegal cash withdrawal, while studying this issue, I concluded that the state is trying to reduce the number of crimes in the field of economic law, since fraud is a huge problem that does not allow society to develop fully.
