Abstract

The history of the development of personnel management is characterized by a rather rapid change in methods, ideas, approaches, as well as ideas about the essence and goals of government. In the context of digital technologies, it is possible to replace human labor with robotics and other innovations. This circumstance can increase the unemployment rate in most countries of the world. The problem presented above makes many employees constantly develop, improve their skills, and master “soft skills” that a computer does not have.
