Abstract

In modern Russia, taking into account the catastrophic decline in the population in the country (in 1999–2000 alone, it decreased by 1512,4 thousand people), the main goal of state family policy, in our opinion, should be to create a favorable atmosphere for the family, in which spouses want to have and raise children.
