The China–United States trade war in the aspect of sanctions policy against Russia

Abstract

Since XNUMX, the world community has been able to observe an accelerating sanctions policy directed against Russia. The next turn of events of this kind was the strategy of «pivot to the East». Since XNUMX, the escalating trade war between China and the United States has been on the agenda. Russia, a strategic partner of China, feel pressure from the West, including the form of sanctions. This topic is extremely relevant for a better understanding of US policy, the instruments of their pressure and the mechanism of action in such situations.
