Abstract

The system and features of HR management research have recently made employers pay more and more attention to building an adequate and effective personnel policy that meets the requirements of the modern market. The problem of low productivity from production began to be solved by a number of tools – to strengthen the personal success and promotion of each of the employees, as well as, through seminars and trainings, strengthening team spirit in the team. As for the peculiarities of recruitment for the civil service, they are generated not only by the determination of the competence of candidates, but also have distinctive features unique for HR management, which include national values and peculiarities of mentality. Within the framework of this article, HR issues in the public sector are considered. The main factors of satisfaction and motivation for entering the civil service have been studied.
