Abstract

One of the most popular problems in the modern Russian economy is the employment of graduates of higher educational institutions. There is a discrepancy between the demand and supply of labor. Young specialists, due to their inexperience, cannot find a job that matches their knowledge. However, the reason for this is not only lack of experience, but also poor awareness, which is caused by insufficient interaction between the labor market and universities.
