Abstract
This article examines the practical experience of organizing the work of accounting using Agile technologies in medium and large enterprises on the example of Scrum framework. The author of this article describes the stages of implementation of Agile technologies, describes the distribution of activities of accounting officers by areas (scrum-team), and also justifies the scoring system used to analyze completed tasks in the sprint.
