Abstract

The study of the problems associated with the analysis of the company’s business processes revealed many unresolved problems, including the identification of the most significant indicators to assess their effectiveness. To assess the effectiveness of business processes, researchers usually use qualitative and quantitative indicators, respectively, as part of the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of business processes, they include quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the business process, which acts as the basis for its evaluation. In this regard, it is necessary to choose the right indicators for evaluating business processes, which are managed by both the participant and the owner of the business process, the use of which in the future will allow you to get a competent assessment of business efficiency. The study showed that the number of business process performance indicators is determined by the type and complexity of the business process for a number of specific characteristics, as well as the accuracy of the necessary assessment, the purpose of the study and other external factors.
