Abstract
Our state pays great attention to the development of the country’s food market, transport and warehouse infrastructure. In 2019. The Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation approved the «Rules for the transportation of perishable goods by rail». A large number of investment projects are being implemented throughout the country to develop warehouse infrastructure, as well as to create distribution centers for large food retailers, for example, X5 RetailGroup, Vkusville, Magnit, DKBRMegaRetailGroupLimited, Sveto-for, MetroCash &Carry, etc. To date, special attention is paid to food issues. The main goal of the state is to provide the population with essential products, including perishable goods (LNG), at affordable prices. The correct choice of transportation, storage and marketing technology ensures the preservation of the quality of the transported perishable cargo due to compliance with the required temperature conditions, which in turn ensures compliance with food safety requirements.
