Abstract

The cybersecurity industry has been showing growth in recent years and has no plans to stop. Marketing and sales are the areas that have undergone digital transformation among the first. Today, they involve a lot of customers, intermediaries, agencies, platforms, software tools that operate with huge amounts of data, including personal data. But at the same time, protection from vulnerabilities is not always given enough attention. Cybersecurity is more than a real problem for marketing, sales, transport and logistics services, and for business in general, especially considering that sometimes company managers do not pay due attention to the security systems of the information array of their activities.
