Abstract

The peculiarity of marketing in insurance is characterized by the intangibility of the services themselves, which complicates the process of pricing and promotion of insurance services on the market. To achieve the goals, the company must use competent marketing, that is, marketing acts as a process designed to help the client evaluate the insurance company and its services.
