Abstract
The main meaning of finance is the distribution and redistribution of life values between individuals. The foundations of the process of distribution of newly created value are laid in the production of vital values. At the same time, monetary relations become forms of functioning of individual elements and objectively necessary links of reproduction. Finance mediates the entire reproduction process from the formation of conditions for the creation of values to their consumption. The role of finance in the economy is extremely large. Both the reproduction of values and the entire life activity of people depend on the nature of their functioning.
