Abstract

Insurance services management is a rather extensive process, including constant analysis of the insurance market, monitoring of new insurance products, as well as planning and forecasting further product transformations, therefore it is of fundamental importance in the activities of the insurer. With the correct use of management tools and methods, the main tasks of the insurance company are fulfilled – the demand for insurance services, due to high-quality and reliable service.
